Hello! My name is Robert Montgomery. I am running for the 5th District Court of Appeals in our wonderful state of Ohio.  Serving as a judge in the 5th District Court of Appeals is of significant importance in regards to upholding the laws of our state.   The DUTY of appellate courts is to review the procedures and decisions in trial courts, to ensure the proceedings were fair and that proper law was applied.
